New Electoral Roll this year – come and join us. And also a new person responsible for making the roll! My name is Joan Jones (10am service) and I was persuaded to become the parish Electoral Roll Officer, starting now. This is the year when we have to start a new roll from scratch, so no matter how many years you have been a member of Holy Trinity, you will need to re-apply. It is also a good time to think about being on our list if you have not been on before; it doesn’t commit you to volunteering for anything, but it gives you the right to vote at the annual meeting, and helps us to see how many regular members we have. The roll is open to anyone who is baptised, aged 16 or over, and is resident in the parish or, if you live outside the parish boundary, has been attending worship at Holy Trinity, whether you consider yourself ‘Anglican’ or a member of another Christian denomination. All you need to do is fill in the form and make sure it reaches me by 11th March, if you want to be on the list entitling you to vote at the Annual Meeting on 10th April. Forms will be available at the back of the church or you can contact me: Joan Jones 3 New Cross Road 07710611250 email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org or download it here: Application for Enrolment on Electoral Roll . Completed forms can be put in the designated folder at the back of the church.
