David Kiggell sadly died at Sobell House on Sunday January 4th. Many will know him as a regular member of our 10am Sunday morning congregation, and for laying our Poppy wreath at the war memorial on Remembrance Sunday. Our love and prayers for Anne, their sons Tom and Ben and family at this time.
David’s funeral will be here at Holy Trinity on Saturday 24th January at 10.30am. All are welcome.

New filter Coffee and Tea

If you are able to it would help the church funds if you could donate to the refreshment fund each week by either putting money in the jar or by using the card machine. Thank you.

#Community Café every Tuesday 9.30 – 11.30am in the meeting room in church. An intergenerational space for parents/carers to spend time with their younger ones, meet up with people of all ages over a cup of tea/ coffee etc Toys available for preschool age children and toddlers.

New cleaners still needed

Would you like to help keep the church clean and tidy? You would be joining a team of three who clean about once every 4 or 5 weeks on a Friday or Saturday at your convenience. It isn’t terribly arduous and can be very sociable! If you are interested please speak to Janet Masters.

New PCC and Deanery Synod members will be needed at the end of April when these positions become vacant as people step down at the end of their term. Please speak to either the Wardens or Revd Martin to find out more about these roles if you’re interested in this ministry.

Flower fund

If you would like to remember a loved one or celebrate a special anniversary or birthday by giving money for the flowers on a particular Sunday, Margaret Woodcock and the flower team would love to hear from you. office@hthq.uk  Thank you .

This week’s Eco Tip

Unlike most water companies, Thames Water does not offer freebies. So, if your loo does not have a dual flush system, instead of asking Thames Water to supply a ‘Save a Flush’ bag, fill a I litre plastic bottle with water (2 litres would be too large) to put in the cistern, thereby reducing water consumption with every.
